Stephanie Sherman

Managing Director

Stephanie Sherman is the Managing Director of Pacific Crest Capital. Stephanie is passionate about growing businesses, building a strong team culture, and delighting customers, and excited for the opportunity to invest her operating experience and capital into stewarding a strong local business for the next chapter. She brings over 15 years of general management and entrepreneurial experience. At Amazon for 10 years in general management roles, Stephanie led business and technical teams to launch, operate and scale new businesses in Media, Consumables, and Amazon Fashion. She has held operational leadership roles in mid- and early- stage businesses, including product development, marketing and business development for SquareTrade (a venture capital backed e-commerce business, acquired by AllState for $1.4B), and GearHippo (a marketplace for used sporting gear). She has also worked closely with small business owners and investors on business valuation and due diligence at Sanli Pastore and Hill, a leading West Coast business valuation firm.

Stephanie is a graduate of Yale University and holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Stephanie has lived and worked throughout the West Coast - Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle - and most recently returning home to San Diego, where she was born and raised. Outside of work, Stephanie loves spending time being active with her husband and two kids - skiing, hiking, kayaking, swimming, running, and biking.
