Stephanie Sherman

Stephanie Sherman is the Founder and Managing Director of Pacific Crest Capital. Stephanie is passionate about growing businesses, building a strong team culture, and delighting customers, and excited for the opportunity to invest her business experience and capital into stewarding a strong local business for the next chapter. She brings over 15 years of general management and entrepreneurial experience. At Amazon for 10 years in general management roles, Stephanie led business and technical teams to launch, operate and scale strategic businesses in Media (Textbook Rentals), Consumables (Subscribe & Save, Amazon Family, Amazon Coupons) and Amazon Fashion. She has held operational leadership roles in mid- and early- stage businesses, including product development, marketing and business development for SquareTrade (a venture capital backed consumer electronics warranty provider in San Francisco, acquired by AllState for $1.4B), and GearHippo (a marketplace for used bike, ski, and surf gear). She has also worked closely with small business owners and investors on business valuation and due diligence at Sanli Pastore and Hill, a leading West Coast business valuation firm.

Stephanie is a graduate of Yale University and holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Born and raised in San Diego, California, Stephanie has lived and worked throughout the West Coast - from Los Angeles, to San Francisco, and most recently calling Seattle home for the last 10 years. Outside of work, Stephanie loves spending time being active and playing in the outdoors with her husband and two kids - skiing, hiking, kayaking, swimming, running, and biking.
